The restaurant food here is excellent, they offer a satisfying breakfast with fresh croissants, great coffee, and individual trays.

10-Minute walk from the train station.

The bed was uncomfortable (sofabed quality), the bed cover had large blood stains, the smell from the old furniture and the fake wood floor was unbearable.

The service here was excellent, with a fast check-in, and the breakfast was delicious; the location was convenient, near the train station, funicular.

An excellent boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable with excellent breakfast. The bed / linens were very nice. The art and decor throughout the hotel was quite lovely. Beautiful garden off the pretty breakfast room. Nicely located within easy walking distance of train station. Quiet. Welcoming staff.

Be prepared to walk up flights of stairs with your suitcases.

Staffs are very nice. Rooms are decorated nicely. Sitting in the breafast room just like sitting in the museum, very enjoyable.

The bathroom is kind small, but for all the good things the hotel can offer, we can get over with this.

It was nice to have ac in the room. The Hotel was also convenient to the train station and the funicular to the waterfront.

Not alot of places to eat near the hotel for a quick bite after a long day.

The hotel was very clean. We loved being close to plenty of restaurants. We went to the Osteria II Finimondo a few times, and it was only a 10 minute walk away. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus. We had a great time.

Small family hotel with personal service

Car parking not ideal. No specific car park so given permit to use local resident street parking

our location was fantastic and excellent, not far from a train station. we found nice chocolat nearby with hot beverages. we had a good sized room with comfy bed and everything was great.

The hotel is nestled at the top of the hill in a really good neighborhood, making it a perfect location in walking distance from the train station. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with twin beds and a plastic pod bathroom. And the breakfast at this hotel is a real treat, with freshly baked croissants that are simply delicious.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The breakfast had a few pieces of bread & few pots of yoghurt & little else, very bad value for money the hotel doesn't have a lift & the rooms start from the 2nd floor onwards & the stairs are quite steep staff is not knowledgeable about the area, transport, etc

The hotel is very nice with swimming pool and free wifi. The walls are decorated with different original modern paintings and sculptures. The service is excellent and kind, eg. Staff remember special breakfast demands. The town center is near (5-10 mins by foot), and if you don't like climbing the hill, the funiculare is convenient (chf 1.10/person). Highly recommended.
